This policy explains what data Toolfik does and does not collect. In short: most of our tools run entirely in your browser, we don't require an account, and we never sell your data.

Tools that run in your browser

Tools labeled “No upload” or “Browser-based” process everything on your device. The text and files you work with are never sent to us or stored on any server. When you close the tab, that data is gone.

Tools that use a server

A small number of advanced tools need server-side processing to work (for example, some AI features). These are clearly labeled. When you use them, the input you provide is sent to our service — and in some cases a trusted third-party provider — only to produce your result. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are useful. Where we do, it is designed not to track you across other websites and not to identify you personally.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. A small local setting (such as your light/dark theme preference) may be stored in your browser; this stays on your device.

Your data, your control
